Daniela Soto-Innes, Chef/Partner at ATLA and Cosme:
Daniela Soto-Innes is the chef/partner of Cosme and ATLA in New York City. In 2014, she opened Cosme as Chef de Cuisine and soon after was named the James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year. In 2017, she was included in Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30: Food & Drink list and Cosme made the 40th ranking on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Prior to joining Cosme, Daniela graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and held positions at Brennan’s and Underbelly in Houston. She believes that the simplest food can inspire the most imagination and makes her dishes meaningful by “finding the secret life in each ingredient.”

Enrique Olvera is the chef/founder of Cosme and ATLA in New York City and Pujol in Mexico City. Fueled by a constant exploration of Mexico’s ingredients and culinary history, passion for subtle flavor compositions, and deeply personal approach to the idea of simply cooking what you have, Olvera has become a leader in Mexico’s new gastronomy. Olvera’s hard work has earned him international recognition and admiration. In 2015 he was the recipient of the Diner’s Club International Lifetime Achievement Award for Latin America. Pujol currently ranks 20th on San Pellegrino’s prestigious list of the “World’s 100 Best Restaurants.” His debut U.S. restaurant, Cosme, garnered international acclaim in its first year, earning a three-star review from the New York Times and a James Beard Award nomination for Best New Restaurant in America.
