If you don’t know, we’ve been an artisanal French bakery in Bushwick for a decade. Under new ownership, we’re innovating to bring renewed excitement to our menu.

We produce artisanal bread, French viennoiseries, and a small, yet mighty roster of pastries. We sell what we make to both our own café customers and to our growing collection of wholesale clients. We are busy!
