Piggybacking off the great successes of Café Spaghetti and Swoony’s, Sal jumped at the chance for a third property in the neighborhood. Living and working in the area, Sal has a unique perspective on what his friends and neighbors are looking for in dining concepts – and Chinese was what he kept hearing time and time again.
Scheduled to open in early December, Sal Tang’s will spotlight Sal and Wilson’s favorite Cantonese American dishes, offering a fresh and flavorful dining experience. In addition to Wilson’s signature dimsum hits, expect to see dishes like: Braised Beef Cheek and broccoli,Crispy Orange Beef, Double cooked Pork Belly, General Tso’s Half Chicken, Chop Suey, Golden fried rice and Chicken Chow Mein.
