Job Details
- Watering tables and maintaining proper water service standards
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
- Preemptively marking tables with appropriate place settings for courses of food to come.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
- Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up glassware and napkins
- Having menu knowledge of drop lines, restrictions and/or changes made to dishes
- Delivering food to tables when needed with open handed service(Including knowing table numbers and positions)
- Polishing silverware, glassware and/or plate ware
- Communicating with your front server/s on their needs for service
- Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
- Ensuring that the server station/ restaurant floor is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
- Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- The ability to multi task.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
