Rosemary's - Miami

Packed since opening night in 2012 and now a West Village institution, Rosemary’s is bringing their vegetable garden, seasonal Italian cooking and neighborly hospitality to Wynwood this fall. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who are focused on growing their careers, while contributing to a hospitality brand that invests in their people, their guests and their neighborhood community.

Owned by Miami-transplant, Carlos Suarez, Rosemary’s has three NYC locations, one in Tokyo and is part of the Casa Nela Restaurant Group. The brand is named after Carlos’ mother Rosemary and is inspired by her home and vegetable garden in Lucca, Italy.

Rosemary’s proves that great food and great design don’t need to be expensive.
