Justine's on Hudson is a wine-focused restaurant in the heart of the West Village serving contemporary New American cuisine interpreted through a Filipino lens by Chef Jess Raposas. Our wine list is curated by Justine’s father, wine importer Neal Rosenthal. The menu represents Chef Jess’s Filipino roots with techniques she absorbed from cooking at some of NYC’s previously most celebrated kitchens such as Mas Farmhouse), Gotham, & Llama San.
Justine’s offers a warm hospitality and food for the soul accompanied by extraordinary pours exclusively from the Rosenthal Wine portfolio. 80 percent of our produce is sourced from the owner’s family farm (Madrose Ranch) in Pine Plains, NY.
