I have worked in the hospitality business for twenty years and in management for the past fifteen during which time I received an AA in Culinary arts as well as an AA in International business and Finance. I spent the first seven years of my career iwith Club Corp in Iowa then in Texas as well as working for one the oldest private clubs in Fort Worth, Rivercrest Country Club all in management positions as well as executive positions with staff of up fifty. I have also spent the last ten years operating small scale fine dining restaurants in the capacity of Executive Chef as well as consulting for small scale and large operations that followed the seasons and worked directly with local foragers and farmers.
