The Camlin, the second project of Mandy Oser and Chef Amorette Casaus, is an approachable bar in Brooklyn's vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood.
With more than 100 bottles of wine, including over 25 offered by-the-glass, The Camlin's wine list is a mix of classics from the Old World and new favorites from up-and-coming regions of the U.S. like Virginia.
Guests can also sip spirits and classic cocktails and a large selection of beers from both domestic and international craft brewers.
Chef Casaus draws inspiration from her experience and desire to cook food that is simple, personal, and delicious for her menu of shared plates.
The menu includes a selection of bar snacks such as oysters, cheese and charcuterie, in addition to composed dishes to complement and elevate the wine selection such as a smoked trout cake with celery root salad and seasonal, house made pastas. For brunch, diners can enjoy corned beef hash with Neuske's bacon and a cast iron skillet pancake.
