Blackwater Station, a local neighborhood eatery and cocktail bar, has quickly become a staple in Temescal's burgeoning food scene. We believe in friendly hospitality, locally inspired cuisine that pushes the envelope, and a handcrafted beverage program. Under the leadership of rising star chef Albert Ok, a Chef de Cuisine from the culinary team that was awarded Michelin bib gourmand, Blackwater Station will feature an innovative menu that highlights local California farms and growers. Our apothecary program features house made elixirs and tonics, and we offer a unique Buy the Bottle program, where dedicated brown-liquor hounds can purchase a whole bottle at a reduced price to store at the bar and enjoy on return visits.
