2 Duck Goose presents Hong Kong inspired cuisine, drawing on our co-founder's experiences growing up in Hong Kong and the international nature of the city.
We start with classic Hong Kong style dishes, and play on those. For example, Cantonese roast duck and cha siu roast pork are featured on our menu. While the meats are roasted in a traditional manner, we come up with different accompaniments and presentations. We also serve Hong Kong style western food, for example, a HK style borscht and French toast.
We are run by owners in their 30s. Our culture is dynamic and entrepreneurial.
Opened just six months, we seek to redefine and refine Cantonese food in New York City, and to grow the 2 Duck Goose brand.
