Flat and Point is a farm to table Alpine Smokehouse restaurant located in Logan Square. We are looking for motivated, dedicated individuals that are looking to grow with our company. Our kitchen uses all wood fired equiptment and everything is made in house. Our menu focuses on seasonal produce and changes often. Come here to learn many different techniques: Whole animale butchery, scratch baking (including sourdough), pasta, pastry, and charcuterie. We work with local farmers for almost all ingriedients.
