Cicala at The Divine Lorraine is seeking a full time chef de partie for the meat and fish stations.  Dutues include butchering and portioning various whole animals and fish, sauce making, vegetable and garnish prep, setting up the station, working the line durring dinner service, cleaning and breaking down the station at close.  Charcuterie experience is a plus.
