Job Details

This position will be responsible for prepping food for salad bar, deli bar, and assisting Chef prep for grille menu and buffet. Responsibilities include dish washing duties, dinner wares, pots and pans, utensils, service platters, equipment, and general daily sanitary maintenance. The cook position will also maintain clean and full shelves and refrigerators through stocking and helping maintain inventory levels. Serving and assisting diners is of the utmost importance. Candidates must be comfortable and friendly while cooking and serving diners. This position will start their shift an hour before the game starts and work 2-3 hours after the end of the game.
