Lumo Ombro is a design-forward hospitality group embedded in atmosphere and thoughtful service. Our cuisine is seasonally inspired and based on indigenous ingredients. The wine program is au natural and rooted in the new world. The bar program is technique driven and firmly planted with independent distillers. We have an evolving vision that will include day to evening experiences including bar, fine dining and social club divisions. We lead with a sense of occasion. We care as much about how things feel as how they taste, creating an environment that is elevated, detail-oriented yet welcoming and grounded in genuine human connection.
